Academic Level:

This design intervention takes forward the learning of the newfound importance of clean air and the desire to spend time outdoors during COVID-19. It promotes the continuation of reduced automobile usage by freeing up road space for certain hours of the day for pedestrian activities. It suggests opening up school boundary walls to the streets to promote open learning and inclusivity.

The intervention has outdoor spaces on the roof for outdoor classes, an inclusion of garden for fresher air, and positive mind space. There is a flexible framework on the rooftop which allows trial and testing of new sustainable materials by fitting them in modules, allowing future architects to experience new materials and maybe use them in their future practice.
