11th Annual USC Architectural Guild Charrette

This year’s challenge theme was Catalytic Community Space. The challenge for fourth-year, fifth-year, and graduate students was two-fold: it required a reflection on our current time by designing a facility that initially serves as a community-based temporary healthcare pop-up to provide Covid-19 testing or vaccination. And then, to design for the ultimate goal of the building or landscape as it would be repurposed into a community amenity for the post-Covid world.
